Relaxing and hassle-free sgtay

“Wonderful way to check out the Bend area in depth. Stayed 3 weeks in this beautiful and well-appointed apartment. Nature trail next door and Old Mill District a 1 mile walk away. Saw mule deer below the balcony.”

Short stay in Bend

“Property was nice and decently furnished. Great location. It could use a deep cleaning overall. You could see dust come off the couches when you touched them. Also TV in the bedroom is rather dated and some of the other furnishings. They had locked the hot tub and not provided the code and some of the directions for the property were confusing and or missing. Overall it was a pretty good place and suited our needs for our short stay.”

Excellent location for family, Bend city, and outdoor activities

“Super overall experience and access to Bend parks, Mill District, road and mountatain bike routes, trails, dining. All good and we really enjoyed the village pool, hot tub with the unit, view, etc. Only comment for improvement for the owners would be to upgrade the electronics. It a place this nice and in this price range, these days would expect more than a 20"/27" tube TV. Our stay was during the heart of the Olympics and missed a high def flat panel, but maybe we're spoiled ; )”

Great weekend in Bend

“The unit was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We loved staying here, and will likely be back! We encountered a couple problems including an incorrect lockbox code upon a ~9PM arrival, and we had to call for the hot tub lock code. Fortunately, both phone calls were handled professionally and quickly.”

Exceeded all expectations

“Although a little pricey, the condo was fantastic. Great view, super clean and very enjoyable. I look forward to staying again.”
Jason K. from Portland, OR
Great place, wonderful location, cozy and comfortable!

“My husband, my son, and I stayed over Memorial Day weekend for my son's baseball tournament. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us. The kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was great for sore muscles!”

Great Experience

“The property was perfect. A bit hard to locate when we originally got there but once we arrived we had a quiet and peaceful stay.”

Nice time

“Not bad, quiet, only complaint garbage disposal did not work, kept backing up in to sink. Close to park, and mountain which worked for us.”

A Week In Paradise

“The house, the location, the town, and the people...everything was perfect. Clean, well maintained home. Walking distance to some downtown locations, and a short drive to everything else. Seated at the foot of Mt. Bachelor, this home was PERFECT. I will definitely stay there on return trips to Bend!!!”

“Had a great time in Bend. The unit we stayed in was nice and clean. However we didn't realize that there is no daily cleaning and replenishing of towels or linens or toiletries.”

nice place to stay

“Very nice place! There is a BBQ on the deck, however there where no BBQ utensils, we had to run out and buy some. The inside of the property was very clean and tidy! the outside was covered in a thick pollen layer, which washed away easily with the hose. Over all it was a really fun stay. I was a little bummed out when I realized you can not see the river from the location. In the pictures for the rental, it shows views of the river. They are defiantly not taken from the balcony at this property.”

A Comfortable, Quiet Retreat

“My husband and I stayed in 505A for a full week in early July. We loved the condo. The furniture is comfortable and the view beautiful. There is a new, flat-panel TV and new, very comfortable King bed. The location is convenient to Mt. Bachelor, the Old Mill District, and downtown. It's exquisitely quiet - we never heard a sound from any neighbors. My only suggestion is to replace the old patio furniture. Thanks to the hot tub, there is no room for separate lounge chairs. The existing dining set has extremely uncomfortable chairs. I would have liked to sit outside.”
