A sunny spot for a couple or solo! Coffee maker, crock pot, wine glasses, plates & silverware. You really do not need a restaurant with some planning for this suite. Bathe in light of the bay window while sending emails, or just enjoying the view.
Clean, small, quiet

“Nice, quiet spot, tucked away from the crowds but very easy access to Century Blvd and Reed Market to get into town or up to the mountains. Great for a place to crash for solo, maybe a couple, not so much for a large group and not really set up with an actual usable kitchen.”

Bend for the Great American Eclipse

“We used Bend as our base of operations for the eclipse in August 2017. I found the Mount Bachelor Village unit in early 2017 and was delighted that the owners had not jacked up the price into the stratosphere. We loved Bend -- pleasant town, good restaurants -- and the unit was small but comfortable. The only problem was the smoke from all the forest fires -- certainly not something the owners or management could do anything to control.”
David N. from San Francisco, CA
Great value!

“This is the best value in Bend. Convenient location and well priced. This unit is more like a hotel room in that there is no kitchen area, but it is adequate with a microwave and mini fridge. There is no porch or outside seating area attached, but for the price it is absolutely perfect. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while in Bend for a wedding. We were very pleased with the accommodations.”
Lyndsey D. from Spanish Fort, AL
Ski Trip

“Reasonably close to restaurants and groceries. Clean and comfortable. No frills, but a reasonable price for what is offered.”
Guest from Seattle, WA

“Everything was excellent. Room was quite fine, though one cannot raise the TV volume. (Perhaps planned so as not to disturb other Guests). I will say that that reservation proces is somewhat "layered," and could be streamlined.”

Nice Place to Stay

“The studio was just fine, as described, and comfortable. The pool was a HUGE treat in the heat of early July this year. The location is decent, we walked to Cascade Lakes Brewery but we also were within a short driving distance of Old Mill District and old downtown. I went hiking on the South Sister and what a short drive to that! will stay here again. Dutch Bend was very helpful the couple times I called pre-trip and I felt completely at home. My sister slept on the window seat and was comfortable on that! Will return!”

Fit our needs

“The rental was nice and fit our needs. Although the unit is small we didn't spend much time there so it was perfect for 2 people. The staff was awesome and responded to our questions timely.”

Perfect Getaway Spot for Two

“Everything was perfect for our stay. The information and instructions from Bend Dutch Rentals was thorough and helpful. Our Studio room was quite large and comfortable, the location was ideal. Would definately return.”

Nice alternative to a motel

“Nice facility, great location, room is small but comfortable, fine for a single or a couple. TV is old school - a tube! - but worked fine with plenty of stations to choose from. The only negative was the wall air conditioning unit is pretty weak, barely blows cold.”
Guest from West Linn, OR
Great location

“This is a great little unit that is well laid out. It is a perfect location for access to Mt Bachelor and the mountain lakes and trails. It is also convenient for the Mill District and pretty quick to downtown also. It was very clean and well supplied. We enjoyed staying here and would return without hesitation.”

Birthday Getaway

“The efficiency apartment was perfect for just the two of us. We were only staying for a couple of days, so didn't need to cook. The location was perfect. Overall, the apartment was clean. However, there were a couple of spots on the carpet that needed attention.”
Guest from Vancouver, WA
First Trip to Oregon

“The unit was very difficult to find without a map showing the Mt. Bachelor unit breakdown. We were lucky enough to find the on site office open and given a map with directions to 505 B. Once there, the unit was terrific. It had everything we needed for our stay, was clean and well kept. The walk to the Old Mill District was not as close as I felt the description said. Too far for us to walk!”

Staying in Bend

“We had a nice time, great location.”

Good Location If You Know Bend

“Our stay started as a near disaster. After a late flight into Redmond, Google Maps took us to the "address" around 11:30 PM. It was completely dark, and there are no signs indicating unit numbers in Mt Bachelor Village. We didn't even know for sure if the unit was IN Bachelor Village, but fortunately after driving around Mt Bachelor Drive for awhile, we spotted a security guard who showed us the general area. If you rent in this complex, be sure to get detailed directions TO YOUR SPECIFIC UNIT.The unit itself was nice for the rate. Don't count on coffee, as there was only one small Kirkland bag provided, and no creamer. Downtown Bend has excellent coffee, with my favorite, Lone Pine Roasters, and runner up Thump Coffee. If you know how to navigate around Bend, you will find that there is good access to just about anywhere from Mt Bachelor Village. If you are unfamiliar, then definitely have access to a navigation system, and you will have no trouble.”

Mt. Bachelor 505B

“Overall our stay in the Mt. Bachelor Villiage through Bend Dutch Vacation Rentals was a pleasant one. We loved the proximity to the Old Mill and Downtown. The condo was clean and everything was where it was described by the rental agency. Bend Dutch Rentals were pleasant to talk to and get information from. The only suggestions we would make are to provide information on the Villiage itself, especially because we are not required to check in with the front desk. What are we as guests allowed to participate in? What are the pool hours? Where are the amenities located? The pool key provided didn't work, however, the front desk staff let us in no problem.Thank you!”

Cottage in the Woods

“The condo was a perfect size for a single person. As I was visiting family I was not there much during the day but it was a perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the river walk and Mill District.”
Susan V. from greenville, RI
Beautiful retreat close to town

“The hot tub is loud when you are trying to sleep in the bedroom next to it, other than that everything else was perfect!!!”

Great Visit - Oustanding Property

“The Mt. Bachelor property was, well, simply put, outstanding! We had originally booked a room at a hotel at nearly 3 times the price for the weekend before discovering Bend Dutch & this 1 bedroom condo. It was perfect for our needs as we were only in town for a couple of days for a wedding. The location was perfect, too - close to the wedding/reception hall, shopping, excellent restaurants & very quiet. We will definately stay at a Bend Dutch Vacation Rentals property again during our next visit to Bend.Thank you Maria, and Bend Dutch Vacation Rentals, for making our stay so enjoyable & convenient.”

“We got this place at the last minute and enjoyed our stay. We had to leave a day early and would have appreciated some refund if the place did not rent for the night we missed....”

Nice and Quiet

“I spent four tranquil days & nights at this condo. It is a great location - close to everything, but far enough away to be peaceful. Less than 2 mi to Starbucks! Unit is compact but has all the necessities. My one issue (dirty pool towels) was resolved with a couple emails. Pool area is lovely. I will return!”
Nancy G. from Auburn, WA
Great location

“The place was very clean and well maintained. It was close to the pool and the Mill area where there are great shops, restaurants and paths to walk.”

Pleasantly Surprised

“My husband and I stayed at Mt. Bachelor 505B for a last minute weekend getaway. I wasn't sure what to expect given the very reasonable price. This was way better than a hotel! A nice neighborhood, great location and very clean. It is quite a bit more than "steps" to Old Mill but this was a non-issue for us.”
Lynda K.
Mt. Bachelor

“Nice clean place to stay near the mountain. I would stay here again.”

Exactly what we needed

“Our stay in 505B was perfect. The location is ideal for getting anywhere, even when walking. The studio is plenty of space for 2 people, more than comfortable. We had one issue with not enough toilet paper and when I called it was rectified very quickly. We will definitely consider a stay here next time we visit.”
Scott N. from Phoenix, AZ
