Cottage, 1 story

The tiny home you are looking for is here! Loads of CO sunshine, a claw foot bathtub (yes really), perfectly located, a custom fireplace, big screen TV. An open beamed ceiling, a loft; all contained in a surprisingly open cottage. A kitchenette that offers; a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, a toaster and plenty of plates and glasses. A nice eating bar OR eat outside on your private little patio with the café table and barbecue. Please -- your yard and area are all contained to the cottage. The loft is accessible via a ladder, because of this approach, we ask for NO children under the age of 12 to be in the cottage. As well, as whomever is using the loft be in good physical condition to use the ladder. The fireplace is a wall mount and does generate heat on the front, and it is important to not have small children in the cottage for these several concerns. We want everyone to relax in the Delaware Studio!

Cute, Clean Little Place!

“The home was adorable, clean, and fit our needs perfectly. Just a short walk from town and all of the breweries!”

Nice studio

“Great location! Great for a couple who are on the go and doesn't hang out much. It could use some place to put clothes. Thanks.”

Quaint and cozy

“Nice aesthetics and fantastic location. Great for brief stay, but there is no bathroom privacy, given toilet is only separated by sliding door. Studio has small fridge and microwave, which limits options. I outsource laundry on weekly basis. It is a welcoming neighborhood, which offers nice dog walking. Front courtyard is good option to leash dog.”

Great place but make sure it's not too hot outside

“Love this little place. It was excellent. Only beef was there was no a/c and it was in the 90s during my stay which made the place uncomfortable during the day. The listing needs to make it known that there's no a/c.”

Great Spot for 2!

“We had a great weekend getaway at Delaware Studio. It was very clean upon our arrival and provided a quiet and relaxing spot to explore Bend from. The Location is awesome! I wouldn't recommend it for more than two people; it gets a little tight with two and a dog! Also, a hot plate might be a great addition to the kitchen. Overall, awesome.”

Great little vacation spot

“Found this place while searching for something that would accommodate two (which seemed tricky as most in-town rentals were set up for four+ people and priced accordingly). The rental is cozy and well-furnished. Clean and fairly modern. There are some quirks here and there but we found them charming. We were there for only two nights but it would make a great longer-term winter getaway. Nice proximity to a lot of good eats and drinks and a short drive to most of the best stuff in Bend. Thanks for a great stay!”

Great stay...

“Nice little home. Well maintained and the decor was very cute. I really enjoyed the location. The futon could be stepped up a notch. I think a larger fan is necessary and inexpensive.”
