Tall Timbers secluded shelter offers four bedrooms, a large dining area, a fireplace, and open living area for everyone to gather. The kitchen is well supplied with stock & crock-pots, and plenty of dishes for up to 12 people. There are many tools for a chef to do their magic or use the Coleman barbecue for summer creations with the seating for 8+ on the spacious back deck. A fenced backyard has been kept natural to continue the natural theme. One dog allowed. We ask that there be no digging or barking to disturb the deer and natural habitat. We had a great stay and loved access to the trails

“Best thing about this site is the close access to the trails including the deschutes River trail. The back yard was great for eating out with family! My only suggestion to improve would be to have a coffee grinder! This is the Pacific NW and coffee is important.”

“House was great. The only complaint for this location was the parking. The neighbors in the Cul-de-sac seemed to be able to park their vehicles everywhere and the same feature was not permitted for our stay. This by far was the only annoyance.”

Great Family rendezvous!

Great Patio Area

good house for large group

“Quiet neighborhood, great proximity to good cycling, both on the road and on the trails. House had ample space for everyone to sleep and relax in, large garage was excellent for bikes. Clean and comfortable. BBQ was a nice bonus.”

Tall Timber

“My group and I had a lovely time staying at Tall Timber! The house was a great size and well furnished. We really enjoyed spending time on the back deck which is well shaded, making it perfect for hot summer days. The location is convenient but still in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!”

Tall Timber in Bend

“Very nice overall. Clean (some of the dishes could have been scrubbed, but all had been run through the dish washer) and comfortable. Bedding were ok, but not high end. Neighborhood was quiet and perfectly located for a cycling vacation.”

Just what we needed

“Tall Timber is located in a quiet little neighborhood which was nice, and provided a good "home-base" for our little getaway. Constructive criticism: Please change the box springs in the third bedroom (full bed), as current box spring squeaked with every small movement keeping at least one of our guests up all night. Have basic cable that includes ESPNGarage door opener needs to be replaced. Never worked.Otherwise wonderful experience.Thank you!Chad”

Tall Timber Review

“Tall timber was a great place. Highlight was the back deck which had plenty of space to congregate. It was also quite and secluded which added to the atmosphere.Only drawback was lack of barbecue tools but property owners said they will address.”

Great Stay!

“Great place for groups, lots of beds. The location for us was great.”

MTB group from Boise

“Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. For mountain bikers it was very close to Phils Complex and an easy ride home each day from big rides. Management company customer service was awesome. Living room furniture (where we spent most of the time) was pretty dated but fine.”
Matthew C. from Boise, IDAHO

“Very fun and exciting traveling with my friends in this beautiful home ~”

Great location and beautiful deck

“We rented Tall Timber along with Trailhead down the street for a baseball tournament. Tall Timber had ample seating for both groups to enjoy meals together (our breakfast on the deck was beautiful on our first day of tournament play)! Nice quiet spot in a cul-de-sac in a beautiful neighborhood, and close to Old Mill and nearby Safeway store for food runs. Downstairs bedroom is a sofa bed, one of the upstairs rooms is a double and a twin. We made it work for our group, but that might be important to note if couples are looking at the house. Great trip, and we all loved the house!”
